Patient are Advised to call the office 24 to 48 hours before an appointment to reschedule or cancel appointments. That way it gives time for a patient in need to be schedule last minute. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours of the scheduled day with lead to a no-shows fees charge:
- $90 for appointments scheduled with Nurse Practitioner
- $55 for appointments scheduled with Therapist.
